“Such a beautiful location. I usually do Lake Michigan and the sunset side, but seeing the sunrise from my window (or the porch or beach if I had preferred!) can not be beat. Although it was chilly out and the wind was whipping up the waves, the cottage was nice and warm and cozy. Staying right on the beach was really lovely. Hoping to come back in the summer and experience it in warm weather!”

“Cottage was pleasantly stocked with essentials! Paper towel, dish soap, Kuerig coffee maker, k-cups and cream. Each cottage has a fire pit with chairs! Morning sunrises we’re spectacular! Each bedroom has its own TV. Will definitely stay there again!”

“Our cottage was just as expected. Very clean and had an ample supply of linens. Kitchen was well stocked. The Keurig stopped working, but we had a new brought to us! Wonderful view of the lake and plenty of clean sand to play in. A great place for families!”

“We enjoyed the beach and a camp fire every night. I liked the covered porches and a fire pit for every cabin. Inside the cabin we had a tv in every bedroom and living room. Outside they had plenty of chairs to sit anywhere you choose. I would defiantly go back again.”

“The property and cottage were lovely. Peaceful if you want or active if you prefer. Excellent beach area. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice fire pit and chairs outside. Although the water pressure was lacking it did not overshadow the rest of my stay. Everything was clean and felt comfortable.”

“We love these little cabins right on the beach! Our kids love to play on the beach all day. The cabins are cute and have most of what you need. My parents were next door and they had more kitchen utensils, serving bowls, and coffee cups than we did. It’s interesting that they aren’t stocked evenly but it all worked out. We love to go to these cabins with 4 other families/couples so that we know everyone in all 5 cabins on the beach. We can have fires together and enjoy the beach together and you don’t have to worry about who your neighbors are. We also love to go to Lumberman's Monument when we’re here to see the beautiful views and hike the sand dune. We will most likely be back again!”

“The location, beach access & new remodeling was over the top, & stunning! I was very happy with that aspect. What I wasn't so happy with, was the cleanliness ( or lack thereof). No towels at all, used blanket left on a desk, fingerprints/smudges all over the refrigerator door, & unswept floors made me leery when I first walked in. Communication over these issues was excellent, tho; I don't fault the company, as I know staffing everywhere is sorely lacking these days, & the company did send the cleaner back in. Kevin, the project mgr onsite was very understanding & accommodating! He stopped by several times to make sure I had what I needed. Overall I will come back, as those sunrises, peace & solitude are pure heaven! I just hope they have a new cleaning company when I do! 🙂”

“First the host and support people were fantastic and responsive. The place was mostly great but could have been cleaned better. We like fresh air but alll windows and blinds interiors throughout our unit were covered with dead bugs plus need an extermination treatment for what appeared to be carpenter ants. Cleaning staff need to vacum windows and clean blinds. Also should have had more than 1 grill for the 6 units. The grill had not been used in a while and all the racks had severe rust to the point it could not be cleaned. It was unusualable. I don't think the host is aware of its condition. still had a good time and will return.”

“Nice getaway and location. Everything was as described but the quality of towels, mattress, bed frames, and linens was very subpar for price of rooms. There also seemed to be lights on from appliances or blinds in every room. Host was quick to respond. Checking out and how to use the amenities was a little confusing but after chatting with host it was figured out. Overall nice place.”
