I booked this for a 2 week extended stay and there were several things that were awful. For starters, the location is in an industrial area with several shady looking characters roaming around. The unit itself was fine, but this place was not prepared for an extended stay. There were limited towels, the ice machine and the washer and dryer were all broken. The managerial response to the broken washer/dryer was awful. I told them that I felt this was false advertisement since it's listed in their amenities & they brushed this aside & suggested I find a laundromat. It was only after I asked to end my stay (which they offered only 30% reimbursement) and expressed this was unacceptable and would be reflected in my review, that they showed any level of concern. Once they agreed to a repair, i had a 12pm appt and the maintenance guy showed up at 7:00 at night and left at 11:00 PM. And to make matters worse they installed it incorrectly and had to come back the next day. Overall awful!

The place is great - it has lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues or knee problems this is not the place for you. Parking is a little of a problem. The host/management company told us to park on the street but there was a sign to not park there. I was expecting a solution to the problem because nobody wants to wake up to a towed car. The place is clean, beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The location is great as well and I would stay there again if in the area.

Great location and a ton of room. Apartment was spotless and well appointed- Sage responded quickly to all questions and requests. We would consider this spot for a long term stay - so convenient.

This is an amazing place, felt right at home. Host is very responsive and understanding. Anything we needed they was on it. Place looks just like the pictures. Very clean, close by downtown which means it’s close to a lot of stores the neighborhood was great felt very safe. 10/10 would RECOMMEND to anyone!
