My sister, our husbands, and I brought our 6 and 8 month-old babies to explore Cloudland Canyon State Park, and this Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite moments was enjoying a barbecue while watching the breathtaking sunset, followed by breakfast on the deck with the most beautiful mountain views. The peaceful setting made our trip even more special, and the home was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend Ray’s Place to anyone looking for a memorable mountain getaway!”

I texted him at 8 o’clock asking for a lighter to light the fire pit and did not hesitate to bring it to me. Just the way they have described the House. Everything was perfect beautiful. “Had a very great stay. Loved being able to pick my own code for entry it made remembering so easy. THE VEIWS are out of this world!!! we sat and watched all the birds and a chipmunk eat the bird feed. it was so amazing. On one the days we got to see a peacock in the back yard absolutely beautiful. Place was very clean and homey. easy check in and out. great communication! not that long of a drive to different restaurants or Chattanooga. We would definitely book this place again.”

“Travelled all the way over from England as part of a three-week road trip across the States, and this was our seventh stop before heading on to Memphis. All I can say is - wow. I’m not sure I’ve ever felt so relaxed, or enjoyed sitting on a deck quite as much as I did here. The views were incredible, best sunset I’ve ever seen, the BBQ was fantastic, and the whole place was beautifully set up inside and out. A special mention to Ray as well, who was extremely helpful and gave us some great tips when we spoke on the phone. An all-round brilliant stay - thank you so much for having us.”

“My friend and I enjoyed a moms’ getaway weekend at Ray’s place, and it was just perfect! Had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and THAT VIEW! Even in the freezing temps, we sat outside by the fire and enjoyed the sunset. We hiked the lower Cloudland Canyon trail, Sutton’s Gulch—beautiful trail, even in grey winter, and we had a hearty dinner at Canyon Grill nearby. Ray was very responsive and an overall great host!
