“1000 characters isn’t enough room to describe the fabulous view, comfortable accommodations and excellent host! From the cool “Smokey” cloudy mornings to the glorious breezy sunsets it was heavenly and I haven’t even mentioned all the hummingbirds and other assorted birds putting on a show right on the deck! I brought a book to read, but never opened it because I couldn’t tear myself away from the view! We used the kitchen and we also drove 10 min to Massie’s Kitchen for a delish Mediterranean flatbread so either option was easy. The beds were comfy and the WiFi was fast. We even got paraglider flyovers to watch! Communication with Ray and his team was outstanding! We travel a lot and I have to say this was our best AirBnB experience ever!”

Very responsive host and support team were readily available and very helpful. I would recommend Cloudland Canyon, Point Park, Rock City, hiking various trails on Signal Mountain, and even hang gliding (3 miles from Ray’s place).”

FANTASTIC - Location for all the local places we wanted to tour (caves, caverns, trains, city). FANTASTIC - AC, super cold and perfect for the hot weather. FANTASTIC - Lots of kitchen supplies all tucked out of the way but ready for use.”

The views off the back deck were gorgeous, all the restaurants and attractions in Chattanooga were less than 20 minutes away. Ray was very responsive as well. We went to Ruby Falls and Raccoon Caverns, highly recommend these two spots if you are coming to the area. Had a wonderful time with my wife and we will definitely book again in the future!”

“Fantastic 2 night get-away. Comfortable furniture, pretty decor and cozy interior. The outside was better than expected with amazing expansive views of the mountains and valley . . even better than the listing photos! We also enjoyed watching all the birds flying to the feeders. I was initially concerned about rural highway location but was easy in and out from driveway with no noticeable noise inside, on the deck or in the backyard. Convenient location to the incline, Rock City and Chattanooga. Hope to come back!”

My sister, our husbands, and I brought our 6 and 8 month-old babies to explore Cloudland Canyon State Park, and this Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite moments was enjoying a barbecue while watching the breathtaking sunset, followed by breakfast on the deck with the most beautiful mountain views. The peaceful setting made our trip even more special, and the home was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring. “Had a very great stay. Loved being able to pick my own code for entry it made remembering so easy. THE VEIWS are out of this world!!! we sat and watched all the birds and a chipmunk eat the bird feed. it was so amazing. On one the days we got to see a peacock in the back yard absolutely beautiful. Place was very clean and homey. easy check in and out. great communication! not that long of a drive to different restaurants or Chattanooga. We would definitely book this place again.”

“Travelled all the way over from England as part of a three-week road trip across the States, and this was our seventh stop before heading on to Memphis. All I can say is - wow. I’m not sure I’ve ever felt so relaxed, or enjoyed sitting on a deck quite as much as I did here. The views were incredible, best sunset I’ve ever seen, the BBQ was fantastic, and the whole place was beautifully set up inside and out.
