“This was the perfect spot! It was clean, right on the water, beautiful scenery. The location was perfect! A close walk/drive to everything. AND all bedrooms were on suites! I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Booking was easy and the check-in/out process was probably the smoothest we’ve ever had. Communication with the host was excellent, and we were even allowed an early check-in at 2 PM. The townhome was extremely clean with modern decor, and all three bedrooms felt like master suites. The layout spans three floors, each with a balcony—the bottom floor leads to a hot tub and river access, which was a great touch. The only downside was the lack of balcony privacy. The unit is between two others, and we happened to be next to a large, loud family who played music out on the balcony. It was a bit disruptive, especially since our booking mentioned a 6-person max and they had 12+ people. Luckily, most of their group arrived on our last day. Overall, a beautiful home in a great location—we’d definitely stay again!”

“This was a great place for 2 families to stay together! The main/middle level was spacious and cozy to all hang out together. Then when privacy or quiet was wanted, it was nice that 1 family had the upstairs and 1 family had the downstairs. (Just be mindful when planning, that the pool table is also downstairs, and you have to go through the downstairs bedroom to access the hot tub!)… It would be a great space for 3 couples as well! We loved having a balcony on every level and river views! The home was nice and clean, had comfortable beds, soft towels that smelled delightful, smart TV’s, board games, and helpful sheets about the home with area attractions/recommendations. Would stay again and recommend to anyone! Thank you!”

“The condo was very nice and homey. The furniture in living room was very comfortable. Loved the recliners. We had a family fun night of pool which caused much laughter. It was nice being so close to town. An added bonus was that you couldn’t hear your neighbors unless they were outside.”

“The townhouse is very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home, & appreciated that the host had some Christmas decorations up. Technically, the location is within walking distance of the downtown, but it would be quite a hike. The basement is cooler since it doesn’t have its own heating system. We had a great stay and would recommend it.”

“I would suggest coffee filters be provided or suggest guests bring along with extra coffee.. had to use paper towels. Definitely bring extra hand soap for bathroom sinks.. Shampoo etc as well.. The fireplace wasn’t working which was a disappointment .. also, our particular unit only provided one parking space in front .. had to use visitor parking for our extra car.. no biggie but inconvenient when loading vehicle on the morning we left ( especially since it was rainy) We did enjoy our stay.. roomy enough and loved the pool table.”

“Nice condo with three king size beds in three private bedroom suites. Each floor had its own, very well equipped balcony. Beautiful surroundings with creek flowing right beside the condo. A few minor things that caused me not to give a 5 star rating but all in all I was pleased with the Way Down Yonder Condo.”
