We had no problems with the unit and communication was excellent - the few questions I had were answered quickly, clearly and cheerfully. No complaints at all!”

“We recently stayed at this 2 /2 and overall had a good experience, with a few areas that could use improvement. It was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, with a great trail just steps away, which we really enjoyed. Check in was easy and the host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. There were a few downsides worth noting. The king size bed had a noticeable lump in the middle, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The sofa also sank very low when sitting, so it wasn’t very supportive. The dishwasher unfortunately didn’t work, which was inconvenient since we weren’t aware of that ahead of time. Additionally, the second bathroom was low on bath gel. As for noise, I wouldn’t describe the unit as noisy, but the walls are quite thin, you can easily hear neighbors coughing, sneezing, talking, or walking in the hallway. It didn’t personally bother me, but it’s something to be aware of if you are sensitive to sounds.”

“Lovely unit. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Industrial decor is trendy and quite nice. Plenty of TV sets (4) if that is something you like. Nicely appointed kitchen. Wonderful staff to reach out to who are responsive and helpful. Can be a bit noisy because units are in close proximity of one another, but earplugs are provided. WIFI dropped out during certain hours, however, it was included in the price which is convenient. Wonderful stay overall and price is more than reasonable. Nice location and walk along the river!”

“Communication with our host was great, and check-in was smooth. The Airbnb was nicely decorated with a cozy city vibe and affordable. It had a fully equipped kitchen—with dish soap, dishwasher pods, Keurig pods, spices—and a full-size fridge, despite the listing saying mini fridge. The main bedroom had a rain shower we really enjoyed, and the river sunset view was spectacular. My niece and nephew loved the cozy loft, their “treehouse.” Some cleanliness issues: floors weren’t mopped, and barefoot feet got black quickly—bring slippers. The washer was smelly and had a loud spin cycle that shook the floor like a mini earthquake. Beds were firm, pillows flat—could use replacing. The apartment was noisy with hardwood floors and thin walls; earplugs provided but not enough for all, so bring your own. The hot water heater was impressive, keeping water hot through 8 back-to-back showers. Towels were short on arrival but quickly replaced by housekeeping in the morning.”

“The place was exactly as pictured. It was convent for what we needed. The “twin bed” is a pull out couch bed. Check in was super easy. It was easy to find. Had no issues. The mattresses were all a bit uncomfortable. Very stiff. But other than that it was a great stay and the host is VERY responsive. The river area is beautiful and the little town area is adorable. ”

We stayed in the same unit last year (see previous review), and we can see the damage that other guests have done to the unit, particularly to the bed and the dishwasher. It's a shame when people don't respect others' property.”
