“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and walkable to food and shopping downtown Niles. The nearby park was also very nice. The room was spacious and having two bathrooms was perfect. There were washers and dryers in the common area at no charge. My only con was being able to hear the next room’s tv at night. They so graciously have earplugs available. Overall, this was a great clean place to stay with friendly hosts and I would highly recommend it!”

“Great price and location! We enjoyed walks by the river and Niles downtown area was a short walk away and included great food and a cool little oddities museum. There was an issue with some dirty towels left by a previous guest - but the host was very apologetic and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Great response and customer service. Easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Truly a unique stay. The common area for coffee, tables, chatting were an added bonus. Though we didn't need the washer and dryer, I was happy to know it was available. We stayed for a local sports tournament and were very excited to have the extra space vs. a typical hotel room. The place was very comfortable, showers were huge. There was a festival going on around the corner with live music, food, drink etc. The river is very pretty and a great spot to hang outside. We will most certainly be back again for next years tournament and though I shared the space with another player and his parent, we will absolutely inform other families so we can all enjoy. Will be back!”

“I agree with the rest of the reviews that the showers are amazing with great water pressure . The place is definitely unique. Although it looks like an apartment building in the pictures, it is really a business complex. To be clear, there was hardly any activity in the businesses so it was a non issue. The price and amount of space you get is extremely reasonable. Because it is a business building, the windows do not open. There is 1 super trendy coffee shop, definitely go there. I’d stay again!”

The town is very cute and about 35-ish minutes away from St. Joseph and Warren Sand Dunes. Would definitely book again for a relaxing time in MI.”

“The River’s Edge was a perfect location for a great night sleep; as my family and I were on our way to drop off our son at Notre Dame. The loft was beautiful and we felt it was a safe environment. I didn’t know there were places to stay right in downtown like this, but the location worked out really nicely. Unique Stays was also very communicative. The lines were soft and the bathroom soap and shampoo. products were delightful aromatherapy. We truly enjoyed our time there. The hosts were super and very attentive to answer any question. “This unique stays place was very comfortable and made us have a sense of security which not all Airbnbs have, with spacious and clean bathrooms, bedrooms were also very clean and comfortable. The instructions for entering the place was clear and I personally didn’t have to figure anything out on my own very easy access. The rules of place were nice as well I enjoyed not being in a place we’re smoking/drinking is not allowed. Its definitely worth the money”

“Amazing place to stay. The host responded quickly whenever we had any questions. Housekeeping was helpful as well. A hairdryer in each unit would be great. They aren’t expensive. A few forks and knives in the common area would be nice as well. We highly recommend and hope to return again. Thanks for making it snow the first evening.
