“This was an absolutely awesome stay — I loved the place! It was so cute and made for the perfect weekend getaway. You can literally walk one minute to my new favorite coffee shop, and I swear I wish I lived there just for that coffee alone. At night, there’s also a great distillery only a two-minute walk away — if you’re ever there on a Monday, definitely go for trivia night! We weren’t there very long, so we didn’t use many of the extra amenities, but they had plenty of washers and dryers and a lovely common area where you could sit or get some work done outside of the room. The only small hiccup was that our original code didn’t work to get into the room, and the different entry codes were a bit confusing at first — but the host was super responsive and helped us right away when we called, so it was no problem in the end. Loved the stay, such a cute area — 10/10 recommend!”

“This was a really cool place to stay. We loved the decorations and the location overlooks the St. Joseph River with plenty of walking paths. We loved the coffee bar. The room had a big enough freezer to keep blue ices frozen. We loved the shampoo & liquid bath soap selection. It’s the little things that make a stay special. Sage was very responsive to all of our inquiries. We look forward to trying other Unique Stay locations in the future!”

“This is my second time staying at one of the unique stay room in Niles, MI. The location is amazing! It’s right on the river , and it is walking distance to downtown Niles. The place is modern and comfortable. Wonderfully decorated, and exactly as the pictures describe.”

“The place was very welcoming, just like in the pictures. The loft is very easy to access and even though it was raining when we stayed there you can access the riverfront for a nice walk if you'd like. Sage was also very nice and responded to any messages very quickly.”

“What a great spot and place! Great view overlooking the St. Joe River, just half a block to shops and restaurants, and a couple of blocks to the riverside park. We have stayed in another unit, but this one I was solo so opted for the one bedroom unit 2. Perfect for one, but would have been great for two as well. The units in this building are our new go-to for weekend trips to Niles. Also close to Berrien Springs a bit further towards the lake, Benton Harbor. Just a great location overall. Highly recommend.”

“We enjoyed our time at Unique Stays. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. We went to a Notre Dame game and the Niles Scream Park. So it was a perfect location and right in the middle of both locations. We thought the place was very cute and quiet on the river walk. Beautiful scenery and the place smelled fresh right when we walked in and super cute! 😁💞”

“The location was perfect. The space itself lived up to the expectations as shown in the pictures. The one comment I have, is the walls could use a bit more acoustical insulation. I could hear everything in the hallway and the folks in the adjacent unit.”

“The host was very nice and quick to address any issues. The main issue we ran into was the bed frame really needs to be replaced. They had some type of wooden frame holding it up. Also the flooring in the bathroom although covered by a rug is coming up and I kept tripping on it. Other than that the stay was nice, the room was clean.”

“The loft unit we stayed in was perfect for our weekend stay in Niles. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our room had a nice view of the river and walkway. The only disadvantage was there was a lot of noise from the room next to ours, so we heard screaming children pretty much the entire time. The host was super responsive and easy to reach. We would book here again if we visit the area again.”
