“Totally enjoyed my stay. The walking path was the reason I picked this spot and it did not disappoint. So nice washer/dryer was right outside my unit along w/keurig station. Bed super comfortable and more than enough room. Yes walls are a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors but all was quiet after 10. Windows and outside of building could be cleaned up a bit. I will definitely re-book when I am in town again.”

“We had a great time, the little town of Niles is cute, and the view from our room was very nice. A few things could be changed and it would make the stay even better. The shower heads needed to be cleaned as they had alot of build up on them, the heating/cooling system was a little confusing to use and no instructions on how use them, but after a bit we had finally got one of them to blow some heat. The place says it will sleep 6, I would not recommend that, as the couch is very small and would not make a good bed to sleep on let alone with 2 people and the loft bed is a thin bed on the floor and has very small space to move around, this would not be do able unless it was kids sleeping there. Again our stay was good but with these small changes it would make a great place to stay!”

“The loft apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The accommodations were of a high standard, akin to those of an upscale boutique hotel. Notably, while there were no in-unit kitchens, a coffee bar was available in the hallway for guests to utilize. Nonetheless, the thin walls did permit a considerable amount of external noise, which proved problematic given my light sleeping habits.”

“The inside of the loft looked exactly like the pictures, bathroom was beautiful. The only thing we notice was the bed on the top had a lot of dust on the covers and pillows . My friend suffers from allergies. Other than that, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay. We walked around and explored the town. There was a fair going on which was super cute and had local vendors.”
