“I’ve stayed in this building multiple times—it’s been a nice experience each time. My only critique is that the bathroom fans don’t seem to work and the body wash and hand soap is so watery that it feels like someone filled it with water to extend it’s life, which is a bit off-putting. But it could be the brand! Additionally, the location is perfect for anyone staying in Niles.”

“The location was very close to my job site which made it nice for washers for dryers that was a plus the unit was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The walk-in shower was amazing. I really enjoyed this day. I would’ve stayed longer, but I needed a place with the kitchen Unfortunately, I found another location that had a kitchen that was further away and then I found out later that they had two units that had kitchen, but I had already reserved the other one so I would recommend this place to anyone”

“I really enjoyed my stay. It was a cool, comfortable place, nicely decorated and appointed with exactly what I needed. The bathroom was beautiful and the string lights and plant decor were nice touches. Sage was super responsive and very flexible with check-in, which was helpful because my flight was changed/delayed twice and I was still able to check in around 12:30 am. That was a lifesaver! I would definitely stay again. Thank you!”

“This is exaclty what is described. It is a private room in a multi unit space. It is closer to a hotel than a house. But it is a beautiful space, nicer than any hotel that you could book anywhere around. Once you are inside the room it feels very private. You do not here the other guests and it is very relaxing. Everything is done well and it is very comfortable. You can walk to restaurants and shopping or along the river. Great host who is easy to communicate with.”
