“Unique Stays was a beautiful location along the St Jo River. It provided a wonderful experience with minimal headache. Sage was extremely responsive and very helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend if you need a place in Niles or close to South Bend.”

“Excellent stay! Very modern. Love the aesthetic of all the textures and patterns. Amazing memory foam beds and pillows that are super comfortable. The loft area and hanging lights are awesome. Only critique I have is that the sliding bathroom doors aren't the most private but we made it work. Other than that, we loved it! Will def return next time we are in the area. A+++”

“I run a non-profit organization and we house myself and another staff member during our summer programs. This space was perfect for the five nights that we stayed! I grew up in Niles and it was wonderful staying in the heart of downtown on the river at this wonderful apartment. The space was very clean, there were extra blankets and comfortable beds, and the location was beyond perfect (the River Walk is right outside the door, a great coffee shop is on the next block, antique shops galore, and more!). I would definitely be interested in staying at this location again next summer. My only complaint is that we couldn't book for the full 7 days that we needed due to them "only allowing check-ins every Monday- Friday" for the dates I needed, which I've never experienced with an AirBnb before. It was especially confusing because our check-in date WAS on a Sunday. But regardless, I am glad we stayed for the five nights that we did, because it was great!”

“We had one of best AirBnB stays here! We loved unit 6 and its location. First of all the unit was impeccable and had no unpleasant odors nor dust. The linens were fresh, clean, and soft, and the memory foam beds were so comfortable—not too firm nor too soft. The master shower with dual heads was so nice, too. Our kid loved the loft area and its mattress. Also, the couch was comfortable, and we loved the large televisions with Roku that had so many different streaming services. The kitchen was well equipped too. The location was perfect! We loved the view out back and the river walk. We walked to a nearby park, nice shops (antiques and gourmet candy), the grocery store with great produce, and several restaurants, including a fun pizza place, family-run cafe, and a distillery—all with excellent food! We were impressed with the food and quaint town! Finally, we loved that it’s only 35 min. from the beautiful Warren Dunes. It was the perfect stay with excellent hosts!”

“This is a beautiful quiet location and the loft was perfect. We will definitely be staying again many times as I visit that area often. The hallway area leading to the loft is so nice and inviting and provides a great space with tables chairs and a coffee bar for collaboration with work guests. “We stayed for a month. This place is great for the price. We barely heard neighbors as some reviews stated. The river view was perfect and the place was very well appointed. Note( there is no where to hang clothing) but nbd. There was a little issue but nothing to complain about.”

“Overall good stay. Place was very dusty and cobwebs everywhere. The place makes a lot of noises like cracking and popping which made it hard to sleep. Was not happy about only having stairs. We had a lot of things to carry and had a baby with a stroller so that was upsetting.”
