“Kenneth’s Airbnb was dreamy! Loved staying here for a quick staycation to St. Joseph’s. He was extremely welcoming, friendly, and communicative. The Airbnb was spotless, and cozy. It was only a short, 5-ish minute drive to St Joe’s and also our new favorite breakfast spot, Mason Jar Cafe! We also appreciated the nice parking area. Although it is out of Kenneth’s control, I feel that it is important for future guests to know that the area was not the greatest, and that we experienced persistent yelling, fireworks, and police sirens throughout the night which was initiated by the people who were seemingly experiencing homelessness in the park across the street. We stayed over Labor Day, so perhaps it’s not always so noisy. The town seems to be making its way towards revitalization, and we weren’t too bothered by anybody, but I do wish I had knowledge of the area before booking. Overall, it was a great stay & mini- trip for us! Kenneth was great.”

“Had a wonderful time in this cozy, comfortable loft, which was beautifully decorated. It’s so nice to be within walking distance of our favorite places, such as Houndstooth, The Livery, Mason Jar Cafe, the Sourdough House, and 3 Pillars Music (Phaseshifter), where we purchased a couple of albums to play on the perfectly set up record player. The space was a truly relaxing retreat. We even had time to catch up and read, and that book collection, wow! Overall, you really cannot go wrong here, and we are already planning our next trip.”

“We stayed here for few days and had an amazing experience. The apartment was very clean, well organized, and felt safe and welcoming. The host communicated quickly whenever we had questions. The location was convenient and matched the description perfectly. Would absolutely book agin in future.”

“Our stay at The Loft in Benton Harbor was outstanding and easily a 5 star experience. The space was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and you can tell Ken was very intentional about every detail down to the huge walk in shower. One of the best parts of staying here was having Houndstooth right downstairs. After our first night dining there, we made reservations for the very next evening before our entrées even arrived. If you go, do yourself a favor and sit at the end of the counter where you can watch the chef and sous chef prepare the meals. They were incredibly welcoming, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with throughout the evening. The entire wait staff made us feel appreciated and taken care of both nights we dined there. Every single dish was exceptional. We had breakfast at the Mason Jar twice and it was amazing. If you are staying in the Benton Harbor/St. Joseph area, The Loft is an absolute must. Amazing place to stay with excellent food nearby.”

And they quite done as the closer. There are neighbors above (I believe) with a small child that made some noise each morning. That said, the loft itself was great and I was up anyway. Close to everything. No problems parking or accessing the property. Shower was wonderful. Would book again. ”

We enjoyed our stay, the rental, and the private parking. Quick drive to St Joseph, Silver Beach and South Haven. A lot of Benton Harbor seems to close up by 5pm, so we spent time there in the earlier part it day, and visited other areas in the afternoon. Overall a great experience!”

“Kenneth’s place was beautiful, spotless, and had every amenity I could have wanted. His directions to access the space were clear. About a 45 minute drive to Saugatuck which I happily made several times, plus loved Saint Joseph which is right near the Airbnb. Great coffee shops nearby and Houndstooth under the loft was delicious. Loved having this space as a comfy return each night after adventuring.”
