“This fit our needs perfectly inside and out. We saw deer in our yard nightly and turkey across the road almost daily. The kids enjoyed riding their scooters in the neighborhood while we walked. We kept busy the whole time we were there.”

Convenient location close to grocery stores and dining spots, easy self check-in and free private parking. We had a stress-free trip with our newborn and would love to come back again. Our favorite highlight of the stay: countless cute deer stop by the glass enclosure every dusk, such a peaceful, magical view to watch with our baby.”

“Absolutely loved our stay! My son and I had an amazing experience at Sage’s place. The home is spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The sunroom was my favorite spot — so peaceful and relaxing, especially listening to the birds and enjoying the beautiful nature views (we even spotted deer!). The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sofas were perfect for relaxing with a movie after a long day. Sage was fantastic — responsive, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. The location is nice and not too far from the campus of ND and SMC. One thing to note is that this house feels like an Airbnb as the kitchen is not well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. There are some but mostly cheap or rusted. It was okay just not great for us as we planned to grill and eat at the house mostly. There were also some random things missing - for example, we were disappointed to find a coffee maker but no filters; almost no soap in the dispenser etc. We flew in and had not brought these things and they were annoying to buy for a short stay. The house is nice and we’d stay again; just providing the above info so others can be better prepared.”

“We had an ok stay overall. The property is quite large, and it’s located in a very nice community that feels peaceful, quiet. The photos in the listing are accurate and reflect the space well, which we appreciated. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The home is in need of some maintenance, particularly the carpets, which are heavily stained and would benefit from replacement. This contributed to the space feeling less clean than expected. Additionally, the kitchen is somewhat under-equipped, lacking basic, good-quality utensils and dishes.”
