“This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! This home is perched on a cliff and the views are spectacular! Pictures cannot do it justice. A gorgeous sunset is guaranteed on any evening if it’s not too cloudy! The home is spacious but still cozy with all the amenities you need. We were able to cook with the amply supplied kitchen. There are two living areas and both levels have big windows so you can see the views from anywhere in the house. The hot tub is a great place to relax and again enjoy that incredible view! But one of the most enjoyable (and unexpected) things was watching the hang gliders and paragliders from the porch. Some of them got pretty close to the house and it was super neat to watch! We visited Ruby Falls and Rock City. We also had a great time at Lookout Lavender Farm. Sage at Unique Stays was super great and responded quickly anytime I messaged her and she also checked on us periodically. 10/10 recommend this place!”

“Location Location Location! The cliffside mountain view is awesome and justified the somewhat scary but very beautiful ride up and down the mountain. This was our first time visiting the area, including Chattanooga, so we did a daily trip up and down to site see and, by the seventh day (our checkout unfortunately), I was more accustomed to the "thrill". LOL. We were quite pleased with the local tourist attractions on the mountain as well as the food scene in the city. Local people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again and next time will plan to buy several days of groceries at a time, limit the trips up and down the mountain, and truly just enjoy the beautiful views!”

“It’s been almost two weeks and we still aren’t ready to be home! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this cabin. The host was super helpful and responsive prior to check in, and we were fortunate enough to not need any assistance while there. Instructions were clear, cabin was spotless, hot tub was on when we got there, and it was super easy to find. Truthfully, the only thing I would request next time is a dish rack since there is no dishwasher. However, I can honestly say we didn’t look too hard so it’s a possibility there was one. We only cooked a few meals so it wasn’t a big deal! Already planning our next stay because that view was INCREDIBLE. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location too if you want to hike nearby or even hit Chattanooga or Trenton for dinner. Super easy and beautiful drives both in and out!”

“My Husband had planned a surprise weekend for my Birthday, but his plans got canceled a day before. So we regrouped together and decided on a couples weekend to just relax and unwind. We found this property in Rising Fawn and booked it last minute. We loved the pictures and it checked our boxes of having a hot tub, secluded, great views and a king bed. From the moment of booking the Hosts were great with communication and necessary information. The morning of we decided to see about checking in early and messaged the Host. We were about to secure an early check in and we are so glad we did. The property was easy to access from the address provided, well marked, and simple door lock access. After unloading our stuff we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views. We didn’t even leave the house except one time all weekend. We plan to come back as often as possible. Well stocked, sparkling clean and just as described if not better. We even saw a Bald Eagle fly by two times. Highly recommend”

Very responsive host. The location was close to all the things I had on my list to do, but was away from all the “busyness” of everything and I loved that. Highly recommend for your next stay!”

“First off, our host AMAZING!! We found two of her properties in two completely different locations! We loved them both! We could not decide, so I reached out and she gave us key points to both locations in detail. We decided on this beauty and it was exactly what we needed! The view-peaceful! The porch swing-my fav! The hot tub with the view such relaxation! The top deck porch we did not get to enjoy as much as we would have liked due to weather, but what an overlook!! House-clean! King bed-you can get lost and sleep for days! The master shower tub extremely deep for a hot soak! The living room upstairs my next favorite place to enjoy the view with my morning coffee! The kitchen setup is perfect to cook away! The outdoor grill cooks a superb steak! We cooked on the grill majority of our stay!! Privacy-100%! Safety-Excellent! Location to Ruby Falls, Rock City, and Chattanooga perfect! Market On the Mountain, Massey’s Kitchen-Pizza, Main Street Meats-Filet Mignon!! 100% recommend!”

“This house was idyllic! We did not want to leave the minute we arrived. The view is the most incredible and my husband said it was a great choice! It was a 25 minute or so drive to Chattanooga on windy roads. We chose not to drive at night because of the open cliffs and slippery roads with all the rainy days. Massey’s kitchen was an incredible restaurant about 15 minutes away, we went back multiple days. Make sure to bring groceries with you as the closes is about 15 minutes away down the mountain in Trenton. It was close enough we could get what we needed, but secluded enough to enjoy our 25th anniversary. We would stay again and recommend!”

“I fell in love with this Airbnb property from the “VIEW” shown in the listing! The “VIEW” did not disappoint! I loved watching the hang gliders from the upper deck…simply incredible! The mention in the listing about hang gliding inspired us to go hang gliding! It was a blast! The location is perfect for so many different activities (hiking, waterfalls, kayaking, hang gliding, etc.)! Our group already wants to come back! I can’t recommend this place enough! Absolutely no issues with communication with the host. This is a great place to just get groceries for the time there and just hole up inside. “The pictures do not do this place justice! It was so beautiful and peaceful, we definitely did not want to leave!! You feel like you are hundreds of miles away from everything and everyone but you are actually really close to a small little town that has everything you need. I have travelled to many Airbnb’s over the years and this one has quickly become my favorite. The furniture, especially the master bed, was all very comfy and everything was squeaky clean!
