“The home is located in a beautiful setting, where you feel like you are in a national park. The trees and spring flowers were so lovely. Very private, restful and peaceful. The place is a 5 minute walk to Andrews University, and close to everything in Berrien Springs. It has a great kitchen and spacious living room, and was immaculately clean on arrival.”

“The house was located very close to Andrews University, walking distance to get to campus, so is a great choice for a family wanting to attend functions such as graduation. For small children, there are playgrounds that are also walking distance. South Bend, Indiana and St. Joseph, Michigan are just short drives away. The size of the home was perfect, we were able to sit and share meals: used Doordash and Walmart delivery.”

“We liked the house. There was an incident where the basement tenet played their instrument at 10:30pm which woke us up.We complained and it didn't happen again. Otherwise a great stay. ”

“The host’s communication was prompt and responsive. The place was just as described, with a convenient location in the quiet countryside but still close to town. Midway through our stay, the water heater stopped working, but the host handled the situation well by addressing it fairly and providing a discount. Overall, a good experience.”

Quiet surroundings, house has been recently updated, and it was a great place just to hang out in between meetings, etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. The baby grand piano was also a nice touch!”

“Excellent location. Next to Andrews University. Quiet and serene. Spacious and welcoming. Features include a modern kitchen, a fireplace under a big flat screen TV with a ton of options. The living room has comfy seats, a grand piano, and a grand view with a back door. The backyard is a wide open space with mature trees on level ground. There is a safe swing and a variety of seating options. The basement has a ping pong table and board games. TVs are in each bedroom, and locks are on each bedroom and bathroom door. Highly recommended!”

“Great place to stay. Bathrooms could use some updating to match the upgrades to the house but they were functional. There is a separate unit in what appeared to be the basement and they were loud at night. First two nights they were very loud and kept us awake until about 1:30AM but it was a weekend and the house is part of a college campus.”

“This worked out perfectly for our family. As an added bonus the house is located close to Andrews University, which allowed us to take advantage of all the walking areas and trails around campus. Apple Valley store had everything we needed if we had to grab anything for a meal. Our location was quiet and tranquil. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I might suggest is new dining room table chairs and a can opener for the kitchen.”
