I was particularly impressed by the “extras” that were stocked. There were 30 Keurig cups, a welcome basket, backups of everything (dish sponge, paper towels, etc). It felt very generous & a statement of trust that we wouldn’t take advantage of their generosity. There were a hundred pros & two cons — 1) Getting to the Airbnb, the driveway was very steep. Had we brought our small car, we would’ve bottomed out many times. 2) We brought our dog & quickly realized that walking him near the Airbnb wasn’t easy as everything is pure hill. Loads of things to enjoy & just be aware of those two things.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this location. We found it relaxing, peaceful, and secluded (private), and the location was within a good range of attractions, such as Rock City, Ruby Falls, Chattanooga, and Cloudland Canyon State Park. The residence itself was cozy, welcoming, and well-designed for a nice little getaway. The hot tub and steam shower were amazing. Adequate amenities included a washer/dryer, microwave, oven, electric stove, and silverware. One of the most important aspects was that the host was proactive and responsive to all requests, which I am very grateful for. What we did not expect was the number of stairs we had to go up to enter the residence. Additionally, the internal staircase leading up to the hot tub area could be a hazard. All in all, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we would stay here again if we visit this area.”

“I really enjoyed my stay overall. It felt clean and looked exactly as listed. Hosts were proactive and responsive. If you are looking for a small step up from an average cabin rental this is for you. I was worried about parking/ the drive coming in from other reviews but it was no big deal at all and there was room for multiple cars. The bath was lovely and things were thoughtfully placed throughout. The sheets were super soft and the bed was comfortable. Any considerations were mentioned/ established on the listing and there were no surprises. -If you have any sort of mobility issues or have physical limitations I would not recommend this place. As a perfectly healthy 30 year old lugging stuff up the steps was unpleasant. It also felt a little tight climbing up the ladder to the loft. The stairs are super narrow and there is no railing. -There were 5-6 small bugs I noticed through the stay, but to be expected as to where you are and noted in listing -Bring your own ice/ water.”

“My husband and I went for an anniversary trip and it was perfect. The setting was peaceful even though there are other nearby treehouses. We loved the large bathtub for relaxation and the large windows made sure we could see the mountain views! The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils. The only downside to staying here was that most activities are 30 minutes from the home, but if you’re just looking for some relaxation, this place is perfect!”

“The location is perfect for the activities we wanted to do including Rock City, hiking and the aquarium. Only thing I would note is the pictures show stairs but you don’t really realize how many until you’re lugging bags and coolers up so make sure you are up for it. Also there’s a train track not far that you hear throughout the night. The place itself is lovely and relaxing.”

“this was the perfect place for me and my girlfriend to have our anniversary at. it was our first road trip and we felt very safe and peaceful. everything was super clean, very comfortable. amazing views! there is a cool spot just down the road where you can see all of georgia😍. the only thing i will mention is that its very high up and the roads are curvy with no railings and the roads are also very steep down hill. there was also some spiders, and other little bugs but it is bound to happen in the forest and did not affect our stay what so ever. will definitely be back”

“What a great experience! Highly recommend! This is a great couples getaway or in my case a solitude retreat. The tub and shower are amazing for a cabin of this size. Everything is well thought out from the decor to the size of furniture, and some things are provided if you forgot like dishwasher tabs in my case. The kitchen has the basics and more with every pot, pan, or utensil for anything I wanted to cook. Communication from the host was exceptional with quick response times and proactive warnings on the weather. The maintenance crew that cleared the snow from the drive was extremely friendly and helpful providing guidance on navigating a portion of the driveway they had not yet treated. The driveway isn't for the timid but also not that different than other mountain cabins. It's well marked from the main road with a lighted sign that was easy to find with GPS. You're also not far from "civilization" with a town and it's two grocery stores about 15 minutes away.”

Everything was perfect and everyone went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely book again!!”

“The sign at the entrance is bright and easy to see, which was super helpful. The cabin was beautifully located on a hill overlooking a valley. Beautiful scenery with amazing sunsets. The inside of the cabin was cozy and gorgeously designed. My favorite part was the upstairs bathtub with window views and the wall mural. Gorgeous. The amenities were great and the hosts were excellent at communicating all of the instructions for check-in/check-out. The cabin itself is only a short, very pretty, drive from Lookout Mountain with beautiful hikes, and only about 20 minutes away from Chattanooga downtown. Still it feels remote enough to enjoy a romantic, restorative weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay!”
