“We stayed here during a family trip for a softball World Series in Chattanooga, and it was absolutely perfect for our group, which ranged in age from 4 to 77 years old. There truly was something for everyone! The kids loved exploring the property, the young adults enjoyed building a fire and listening to music in the evenings, and the older family members relaxed and enjoyed watching everyone make memories together.One of our favorite surprises was watching the parachutes, hang gliders, and small planes flying overhead each morning and again at sunset. It was such a unique and enjoyable experience.The accommodations had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the laundry room was very convenient, and my husband enjoyed the sauna.We did experience quite a bit of rain during our visit, which made a few areas of the property a little slick, but no one had any issues navigating around.The only suggestion I would make is to reconsider the hammocks' location. Since they are under the porch, they collected quite a few spiders and remained damp throughout our stay because they didn't get enough sunlight or airflow to dry out. Moving them to a sunnier location would make them much more enjoyable.We also enjoyed the pool at Paradise Pointe. (pic added)Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of room to make lasting memories.”

“This stay was exactly what my family needed, everything you need is on site, the kids all had stuff to do, it was a blast just hanging out there we almost didn’t have to even leave to have a great time. Keep in mind this one detail, it’s not very elderly friendly I couldn’t tell that by the pictures.”

“This was a family reunion/vacation finally getting all of our adult kiddos and their families together! It was an amazing place. Everyone had their own space. We had the kitchen to cook in. Now I will say if you have roller coaster issues you will not like the driveway. If you are not steady on your feet you might want to look somewhere else. You have to remember this is in the woods, you will share your space with some creepy crawlies so you have to prepare for that. I can say that host was very quick in responding to any problems we had. Finally if you are uncoordinated or not steady on your feet this place is not for you! Otherwise it was an amazing space for all of us! ”

“Beautiful, peaceful location—perfect for our family gathering of 16. Each home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the views made waking up each morning a pleasure. The kitchen was a fantastic amenity and allowed us to cook all of our meals during the stay. The grassy outdoor area was ideal for the entire family to gather and enjoy time together around the fire. Communication from the host was excellent throughout our stay, and we would absolutely stay here again.”

“Such a cute place for a large group! I read some of the reviews that might hinder people from booking and I’m glad I ignored. This is not a 5star Hilton. It is 5 star glamping so having realistic expectations about a rural home in the mountains should set you up for a better idea of this is a good fit for you. It’s going to be quirky! It’s not perfect. But for the price it is amazing! Luckily are group is avid hikers/campers so the little quirks that it did have didn’t bother us. Like the absurd amount of bugs! We def took a few of them home. Probably seasonal for this time of the year but also zero problems for us. Hot water is a variable depending on the cabin you are in. Cabin #2 hot water was more like Luke warm. But the other cabins didn’t have that issue. The entrance is steep! And the cars are on the hill from the cabin. Didn’t bother us but people with limited mobility will struggle. Do a self evaluation before you book this! But it is amazing. Will be back!”

“The property itself was amazing, we would for sure stay again. The individual tiny houses were perfect for our large family, the kitchen was great for meals and gathering. The kids loved running around the property playing and the fire pit for smores! Two days into the stay both roads were blocked off. One road had new concrete and the other had construction on a house. We had to wait around 5-10 min two times for construction crews to unblock the road because they had equipment blocking the only road we could take in or out. This is our only compliant! Otherwise a wonderful stay! ”

“This place was beautiful. I would like to state that we were a group of friends in our sixties and the pathway to get to our cabins was very steep. We made it work and enjoyed the stay. Our husbands really enjoyed watching the tandem hang gliding. We enjoyed watching them fly over most of the day. ”

“This was such a unique place to stay with family that came from different areas to celebrate a wedding. Lots of space outside to enjoy each others company around the fire pits but then our private cabins to retire to at night. The kitchen cabin was great for cooking up a big family meal and gathering around the outdoor table to enjoy! Host was very responsive about a small problem that needed fixing and we were so grateful for that. The sunsets were gorgeous and we watched hang gliders above until dark. Owls talked at night and when it was time to go, check out was very easy! Great place to stay if you have multiple families or friends that each want their own sleeping quarters. We had a blast!”

They are working on another treehouse/cabin a little down the drive but the construction was not too loud nor did it bother us. Each treehouse was well stocked. “We had a wonderful stay and exceptional family time around the fire pit. It got chilly at night and I wish we had a place to gather inside at night. The only complaint is the beds were very uncomfortable. Remotes didn’t work.”

“The driveway and parking area is not what expected from the photos. The photos are taken from above and the trees are blocking the exit. The entrance and driveway is in terrible shape . The listing states 20 guests so assuming you’d be able to fit at least 10 cars. We struggled fitting 9 cars in the parking area for our group of 12. One tree house doesn’t have a mirror in it at all while others had at least 1. There was no propane for the fire pit. I expected insects being in the area it’s in but there were dead insects in bed sheets so I’d suggest checking your sheets before you go to sleep. Other than the few little things here and there it was a great place to stay and I would likely come back if in the area . The owners were very responsive and the treehouses were clean (other than insects that I don’t think they can do a whole lot about).”

“Our group loved the five tiny cabins! It was the perfect setup for hanging out as a group but also having privacy at night. Our trip to Tennessee Aquarium was only about 30 minutes, and Trenton was nearby with things to do and eat. The host was very quick to respond and gave clear check-in and check-out instructions. Definitely recommend for a big group with multiple families!”

“We enjoyed staying, but the house keepers where there 30 mins into our check in time so we were not able to get into our spaces yet. We enjoyed the cabins and loved the views. It’s on a cool part of the mountain. Overall, we enjoyed it! ”

“The tiny homes were everything we had hoped for - serene mountainside, short drive to Cloudland state park and Chattanooga - perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors during fall. A few things to note , there is no outdoor tv or cabin with a couch to hang out and watch a football game so bring a laptop if that’s your plan. The bed linens were soft, they provided warm blankets for the fire, and we loved the option of both the wood burning pit and propane! Heads up: the only option for coffee is keurig.”

“We had a great time staying with friends here for a soccer tournament that was 30 minutes away. Enjoyed the view and good company. We will stay again in the future for sure. Communication was great any time something happened or we needed help with anything. ”
