“Absolutely beautiful place! The kids LOVED the slides, hot tub and watching the hang gliders and small planes from the huge windows and through the skylights. Loved seeing the lizards, snails and chipmunks right off the back porch! Squirrels were very active as well! LOVED IT!! Plenty of dishes, cookware, spices and a fully functional kitchen and the grill outside was wonderful for a quick lunch! Food city and plenty of restaurants was a quick 11 minute drive. The steam shower was so nice and the tub if you need that for the little ones. We loved the unique steps to two of the bedrooms! We had plans to go out and explore, but I will be completely honest and say that besides going out once to get a few things to cook, we decided to only stay at the house and not go exploring because of how beautiful and peaceful it was here!! 10/10 can’t wait to come back!!”

“We really loved the unique treehouse experience. Had some great views and was clean upon arrival. I’d be cautious renting if you have some balance issues or need walking assistance device, because of the cool tree stump steps to each bedroom. You can still access each room from normal stairs but you have to go outside to do so. The hot tub didn’t work but we didn’t try it until the last night of our stay which was a bummer but the host was extremely attentive the whole stay and I’m sure it’d have been addressed had we seen it sooner. We’d definitely stay again”

“Our family of 6 had a great time at our treehouse. The kids (ages 9, 7, 5, and 2) loved the slides! We liked the location, and especially enjoyed spending time at Paradise Point. It had everything we needed, and our host was super friendly and responsive. My only critique is that there are a LOT of windows with no blinds…great for the beautiful view, but the light made it difficult for little ones to sleep. Bring a good sleep mask and you’ll be fine. This is also not the most toddler friendly house, with lots of stairs and places to fall, but we managed with a 2 year old and still had a good time.”

“We loved the house and everything about our weekend stay. If you enjoy hiking, there are lots of beautiful trails just minutes away. Be sure to check out The Corner Coffee for breakfast and Thatcher’s BBQ for lunch/dinner for some great food in Trenton, just a few miles away.”

“Positive: The rooms were super nice and we loved the open living room! We had two families staying there and the space was perfect for all of us! We loved the open windows and the view was absolutely stunning! We also enjoyed the patio and spent a lot of our time there. Our kids were obsessed with the slides and were pretty much outside the whole time! Negative: The steps to the rooms were super cute but a little wobbly and hard to bring bags up and down. The hot tub also only had one set of working jets but we made it work!”

“Staying at this Airbnb felt dreamy and magical. The treehouse design alone made it unforgettable—tucked away in nature with stunning views that made every morning and evening feel special. One of the most unique touches was the slides attached to the space, which added a fun, playful element that my kids loved. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the evening after a long day of exploring Ruby Falls and Rock City which were only about 20 mins away. Fantastic memories were made! One of the coolest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in”

“Our stay at the Mighty Sycamore Treehouse was absolutely magical! The space was extremely cozy and beautifully designed. Waking up in the trees with the sunlight coming through was unforgettable. Everything was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The host Sage was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already wanting to come back. If you’re looking for a unique and peaceful escape, this is the spot! :)”

“We enjoyed our stay here! Our family of 6 liked the home layout and the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. The tree stump ‘stairs ‘ to both bedrooms are precarious although they were depicted in the photos. Just be forewarned that they would be difficult for some adults and small children. There is definitely only parking for two vehicles in the gravel in front of the home.”

“We had a nice stay at the Treehouse. Sage was quick to respond & extremely kind. The place is exactly as described & perfect for us two couples traveling together. The only concern was the stairs up to each bedroom. The photos showed regular steps & they have been replaced with tree stumps; adorable & in line with the treehouse theme, just not practical for us. Sage worked hard to find us a new location to switch to however we ultimately decided to stick it out and make it work. The sunset view from the large windows was truly spectacular & made for beautiful photos. Cloudland Canyon State Park is close & has wonderful hiking trails. Would definitely recommend”

“This place is seriously so great. We brought 4 kids ages 2-4 and they were outside playing on the slides the majority of our stay. The swings under the deck were so peaceful to sit in and enjoy the view. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We had plenty of towels for all of us (we stayed from Wed-Sun). The split masters with basically their own bathroom was great for some privacy since we had two separate families. Sage was very responsive and extremely helpful with a couple minor issues we had. Overall we were very impressed by the house and amenities and would absolutely recommend to families with children or a group of friends.”
