“Everything was perfect”

“What an absolutely fantastic destination for a perfect getaway! Nice and quiet neighborhood (occasional dog barks) that’s a quick 15-20 minutes to Chattanooga depending on traffic. The house itself is very well kept and clean. Plenty of space to relax and chill. Especially liked being able to hang out downstairs and play a few games of pool. All in all totally worth the money and highly recommend checking out this place for yourself. Saving for future trips! Also wanted to note that the booking agency was awesome, direct and timely with their communication making every part of the process a breeze!”

“The stay was just what we needed! 20 minutes from Chattanooga. We explored so much of the city and mountains, went on great hikes. The place looks just like the pictures. We didn’t have time to play pool but their downstairs seemed like such a great hangout spot. All the beds were comfortable. Only think is the shower in room made a loud whistle noise when turned on but I’m not complaining just pointing it out. Everything was lovely and the host replies super quick.”

“We enjoyed our stay. This location is a comfortable house located in a neighborhood. it's near the activities of the Chattanooga area but remote enough to be quiet. The kitchen area is spacious, there's a large basement with a pool table (which our kids enjoyed) and a washer & dryer, which is always convenient. the only drawback to me is the steep driveway, although almost everywhere around Chattanooga is on a hill. We would stay at this location again.”

“Amazing place with great amenities and comfy beds”

“This house was perfect for what we needed for our few days there, and the value was great. It was convenient and easy to get to, it had plenty of space for everyone who was staying there, and the host had terrific communication with us the whole time. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. It wasn’t in the nicest neighborhood, and there were some neighbor dogs that were a bit noisy at times, but we never felt unsafe. The back deck and backyard were perfect for my little boys to play in. However, it is on a large hill and there’s no fence, so just be aware that you will need to keep an eye on your kids if they’re out there. The kitchen had coffee and a coffee maker, and enough dishes and silverware for everyone, but it was minimal. No condiments or anything extra. It’s an older house, so has a little bit of a mildew smell, but nothing too crazy. These bedrooms are nice sizes, and the bathrooms are functional, but nothing fancy. I would recommend this house for the value and easy access.”

“The property was a good value for a one night stay in the area. The bedding and bathrooms were clean, but the floors and couch were a little dirty. The mildew/mold smell was strong coming from the basement. The smell issues usually happen to older properties that are not being lived in full time and are fixable. The property served the purpose that we needed and is in a convient location.”

“The house looked like the pictures and was clean. Every thing was great until I went to bed. The sheets felt like I was laying on a curtain sheer they felt terrible. They cause me to toss and turn because I was so hot. This disrupted my sleep. The tag on the sheets said that they are 100% polyester. This is like sleeping on plastic. This is the first place I stayed that didn't have cotton sheets. The main reason I stay at a Airbnb so I can get a good night sleep and it didn't happen here.”

“Nice house, steep parking but does have usable garage space. I enjoyed the outdoor patio and scenery but the inside was cute. Maybe slight mothball smell like it was vacant for sometime maybe. Overall good place would recommend.”

“The issues and steepness of the drive way cannot be understated. There is zero flat space at the top of the drive way except for the garage and the car port type area. I do not recommend this location for anyone that is hauling a trailer or boat.Otherwise the location and the home were fine. Nothing special but clean and cozy. The only other annoyance was the number of barking dogs.”

“This was a nice house in a pretty area. It was close to some great parks and just outside of Chattanooga with plenty of things to do. The house is older but in fairly good shape and the beds were comfortable. The host is very nice and super helpful. We got responses very quick about questions we had and they were fast to help us with some minor technical difficulties we had. While some amenities need a little attention, this was a good budget stay in a good location that is worth a visit.”

“Overall, it was a good stay. There was a shortage of wash cloths, but the staff responded with additional new ones. Unfortunately, they had not been laundered and had dye coming out when they were wetted. We washed them and dried them and left them all clean. Ceiling light in the kitchen did not work, and when the staff came to check it, they found that it was an LED type light. They could not replace it. It seem to me that it wasn’t checked before we moved in. Aside from that the beds were comfortable and I got plenty of exercise walking up and down the hill.”

“Overall the house was just what we needed. It was located within 20 minutes of numerous softball complexes. I would recommend just a few things to accomodate guests more: • 2 towels per guest would be much better than 1. Most females like 2 towels. •Clorox wipes or something simple to wipe counters down with. •Recommendation to guests of bringing additional blankets as the house can be comd from time to time. We are very happy woth the house however and the price was fair. Id definitely book again. The process was easy & the property manager was great!”

“The stay was enjoyable except for a few things. Needed additional sturdy chairs not plastic several there were broken. No way to close off someone looking in back sliding glass door because slats were missing. Outside porch is in bad shape needs replacing along with the railing. Pool table is in bad shape we bought tips for pool sticks so they could at least attempt to play pool. Best thing of the stay was the mattress in main bedroom was GREAT!”

“The only complaint was that three bulbs were burned out over the dining room kitchen, and one was burned out going down the stairwell. Everything else was fine.”
