“Positive: This is such a great hide away! It’s not too far from food, walmart, downtown aquarium, zoo, science museum etc 10-15 minutes. We loved how it felt private! I wanted the kids to be able to play in the yard after a long day in town exploring and this place provided just that. Plenty of room for corn hole, frisbee, and jump rope. We celebrated my son’s 5th birthday and husband’s 39th. We were really pleased with how clean everything was and all the little extras to help make our stay the best like great smelling wash, shampoo, and cooking supplies. One of our top favorite parts was the fire pit. Wood was already gathered in the pit ready to go so that was awesome. Great start for a fast s’mores night! Very clean hot tub and lots of towels provided also a huge perk. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with our family! Negative: The queen beds are very firm. Everyone has their own preference I know but I’m glade I brought my body pillow and add a plug for the bath 😊”

“10/10 would 100% recommend! Everything is about 10-20 minutes away. Great restaurants in the area (plan for parking as the majority of the Southern District is pay to park only). Very peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and calming. Hot tub and fire pit are an amazing touch. There is a grill if you are interested. Highly recommend visiting Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the local River Walks. Overall, great hosts with an amazing property that is as advertised.”

“Lovely and quiet home tucked away in the mountains! Quick drive to downtown areas and also close to Ruby Falls area. Cozy beds and couches, these allowed for lots of relaxation. Hot tub was lovely and the backyard was very inviting with the fire pit and chairs.”

“This home was absolutely perfect!! My mom and I had an incredible time and felt so at home during our stay. Sage often responded within minutes to any question I had and even checked in to make sure everything was alright during the first night!! The location was beautiful and it truly felt like a cozy, comfy and safe home. The space was clean and exactly as described - the pictures don’t even show how pretty it is. We loved the hot tub, spent plenty of time hanging out around the fire pit in the back yard and drank coffee on the front porch every morning. The location is minutes away from almost anything you could ever need. My mom and I are planning on coming back to the area in the fall and we are absolutely staying here!!”

“Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the extremely firm mattress. The rest of the home was lovely and the location was great. Outside Chattanooga enough to where you’re in a quieter area but still 10-15ish minutes away from everything you’d want to do in Chattanooga. The driveway is gravel and had a decent bump/dip at the front so may not be super low car friendly.”

“Positive: The place was super cute and the location is perfect for all the tourist attractions. The fireplace and hot tub are always a plus, but I didn't use them because of the one-night stay. It has a big backyard as well for family activities outdoors. 1st room had two single-size beds and the other two had Queens in them. The master bedroom is super big and once finished it will be super cute. Shared bathroom because it's just one bathroom. I only got one picture and it was with the cute fireplace. Negative: The master bedroom was under construction in the closet so we were not able to use it, We reached out but the owner was not aware of it, good thing our trip was cut down to just us, or we wouldn't have had enough room. The dryer was unable to get it started, so I didn't want to try the hot tub. Please don't let this stop you from booking here. Owner is aware and she super sweet.”
