“The stay was nice overall. Everything matched what it should be and the space was very nice. Plenty of comfortable amenities. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned of the past guests hair but I could tell the space WAS cleaned. The noise level at night is something to keep in mind. I don’t know if they were residents or guest but there were people in the hallways laughing talking and even running late at night each night if our stay. Maybe they didn’t know we were there! Overall the host and space were great! I would certainly book again and recommend.”

“The building, loft and the host were great. We enjoyed the space. Convenient parking too. Good places to eat are walkable. More places to eat, shopping, and beaches are close by and driveable. The Houndstooth restaurant downstairs is excellent. The immediate area is recovering from urban decay so it's a hodge podge of remodeled historic buildings put to new use and empty dilapidated structures and spaces waiting for someone with an idea, money and/or construction skills to bring them back to life. I would stay there again.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the urban loft. Why stay at an overpriced hotel when you can stay at a unique spot like this ? Forte coffee is an easy walking distance from the loft. St. Joseph is just a five minute drive with plenty to do. The decor and aesthetic of the loft was so lovely, really cozy and refined at the same time. There's even a balcony where we read our books and enjoyed a coffee. Perfect little getaway.”

They communicate clearly and it was easy to check in and check out. Unfortunately, the gaming space wasn’t fully open, but they communicated with us ahead of time. Would love to be back when everything’s finished.”
