Classic Pied a Terre
This bright, second-story loft apartment exudes a mid-century flair reminiscent of television’s Mad Men. Impeccably finished and located front and center in the Benton Harbor Arts District, the “corner office” overlooks Arts Park and is a stone’s throw from the Golf Club at Harbor Shores and the beaches of Lake Michigan. Newly created in 2022, the 900sf loft is one of nine apartments located just steps away from the area’s favorite lunch and breakfast venue, the Mason Jar Cafe.

This newly renovated loft was re-created from a long-neglected space in the historic Sheffield building. A perfect getaway for two, the loft is located above the area’s hottest new restaurant, the Houndstooth. Classic urban finishes – high ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors…and an expansive view of City Center Park. Houndstooth draws diners from as far away as Chicago – a visit to Benton Harbor will not be complete without experiencing the big city fare of this hot spot.

Located above the area’s hottest new restaurant, this newly renovated 1BR/1BA urban loft features classic finishes – exposed brick, high ceilings, maple floors, and quartz countertops. Cozy, comfortable quarters directly above the Houndstooth restaurant provide a fantastic opportunity to get a “taste” of the Benton Harbor Arts District. Muffled sounds of music and activity from the restaurant below are often present in the loft during evening hours. Some guests may find this objectionable.

Gigabit wifi is freely available to all guests, along with Fiber Optic 4K HD TV, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, 2 full bathrooms, 3 beds, nice kitchen with brand new appliances, BOSE surround sound for incredible movie watching, washer & dryer, and a million-dollar view. Chattanooga 20 minutes, Cloudland Canyon, Rock City and hang gliding all within 5-13 minutes. Very safe area, & onsite security. Undeclared guest fee of $50 per night for each undeclared guest will apply.
